The House

On two floors are two identical living areas. Both living areas are connected by a lockable inner staircase. Both living areas can also be reached independently from outside. You will use entire Villa Vista Curacao for your own. The layout is ideal for families with children, for friends, couples and also for a holiday combination with grandparents, parents and children. The pure luxury is, of course, to enjoy the whole villa by itself.

The upper floor has sea view on the large porch and direct access to the pool deck and the garden.

The lower floor is on the ground floor and has direct access via the terrace to the pool deck and to the garden.

2 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, open living-dining area with a transition to the open kitchen, very large terrace, terrace access directly through the living/dining area, pool and garden access directly over the terrace. Living area groundfloor inside: 150sqm. Suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

Both kitchens are identically equipped with: refrigerator, icebox, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, kitchen block, cabinets. It is particularly noteworthy that the tap water is absolutely clean and can be consumed safely.

The living/dining areas are spacious and go into the open kitchen. Each living area has a dining table and 6 chairs. In the living area there is a comfortable leather couch, two designer chairs, a couch table and a media sideboard on which the flat screens stand. We also provide a radio and a wireless Bluetooth speaker (including a lamp). The Bluetooth speaker box is charged via a USB connection (box and laptop).

Each bedroom has box-spring beds and a wardrobe. Every bedroom has directly access to an own bathroom. The left bedroom on each floor also has a safe.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The air conditioners are the largest electricity consumers in the house. Unfortunately the electricity is very expensive on Curaçao. Therefore, we recommend you to use the air conditioning only before sleeping and to turn it on about 10 minutes before sleeping.

Each floor has an additional guest bathroom in the hallway.

Villa Vista is a completely non-smoking house. We ask you to smoke only outdoors. Pets are not allowed.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
Throughout the house and in the garden, we offer a stabil WIFI Internet connection from UTS. The use is of course free of charge for you.

With Internet radio and the Sonos speakers, you will receive your favorite sender. The TV devices are connected with internet.

The pool deck is made of high quality tropical wood and gives the garden a special touch. The pool is 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and about 1.80 meters deep. Please make sure, that children and non-swimmers unattended in the pool area are. Around the pool there are white sunbeds ready for sunbathing. From the pool deck leads a small footpath into the country-typical Palapa. The Palapa is 4m x 4m and is covered with palm leaves. The sides are open, so that you can sunbath as well as enjoy the soft wind on the magnificent lounge furniture or in the hammock. In the garden boasts palm trees and other plants and an outside shower is available at the pool.

The whole property is safe and completely fenced. You can enter the propertry easily trough out an electric gate by remote control.

The house has an alarm system, which is directly connected to the Jan Thiel Security. In addition, Jan Thiel security is patrolling the streets and the houses at irregular intervals. Curaçao and especially Vista Royal are very safe. The security standard is comparable to a German 150,000-inhabitant city (e.g. Paderborn). Nevertheless, we ensure a very high level of security.
