High Season Surcharge
In the period from December 20th until December 31st we charge a seasonal surcharge of 235.00 € per night each.
In the period from January 1st until January 8th we charge a seasonal surcharge of 60.00 € per night each.
In the period from July 1st until September 1st we charge a seasonal surcharge of 60.00 € per night each.
Expiration, Payment and Cancellation
Your request will be confirmed as a booking after your downpayment of 50% of the total price has been received on our account. The remaining 50% of the total price is to be paid 8 weeks prior your arrival. Free cancelation till 8 weeks prior your arrival.
Cancellations till 4 weeks prior your booked arrival will be handled with 50% refund of the payment. Cancellations under 4 weeks prior booked arrival will not be refunded.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation, the amount already paid for the final cleaning an the security deposit will be of course returned in total.
